In October or so late year, I reached out to a different Medicare specialist that was recommended to me by a couple friends to help my mom and I navigate getting her RX drug coverage she desperately needed to cover insulin she needs for diabetes. I am very new to taking care of these things and my mom is very quiet and hard to get decisions out of, so I knew it would be a challenge, but this person assured us she could help, and then communication slowed and she finally ghosted us. By the time she quit communicating completely, we were out of open enrollment, and it felt hopeless. I am truly grateful for BNI and the connections there that brought me to AdriAnn. She listened to me cry about my situation, told me she would do everything she could to help us, and got to work. When the first option did not work, she did not give up and came back with another. I am proud, grateful and so happy to say my mom now has the prescription coverage she needs to be able to afford her medicine and pay her bills. Through all of it, AdriAnn was patient, kind, responsive and prompt.
